DREAM BIG Teacher Challenge: We need your vote!! RHMS is a top 15 Finalist in the Dream Big Teacher Challenge $100,000 Grant. The Proposal is for an Environmental Studies - Wetlands project. Our main vision is to create a mock wetland on our campus that will allow students from all grade levels to collect and analyze data from the wetland and be exposed to real life applications using STEM. Each grade level will study different aspects of the wetlands and other environmental concerns. Our proposal fosters real world learning and will allow students to become citizen scientists. The proposal will foster a deeper understanding of the environment, its function, and how to positively impact it. Developing a passion for STEM and the Environment will benefit all learners, allowing them to be an advocate for positive change.
Please support the vision of our school by partnering with us in this endeavor. Please help spread the word so that our vision can become a reality. The 5 proposals that receive the most votes will receive the $100,000 Grant. Follow the steps on the flyer to vote. You may vote once a day with a valid email address! Thank you for your support! #WeAreRHMS
