Bring your BEST SMILE! Picture Day is Wednesday, August 29th. For Pre-Orders, students should have the order form with them when they take the picture. If you do not want to Pre-Order, you will have the option to order packages from the company after the picture proofs are delivered.

Students in Ms. Lewis's 8th grade classes participated in an Escape Room activity. Groups had to work through four stations that dealt with conflict, plot, figurative language, and literary terms. Using their knowledge, a decoder, and critical thinking skills, students worked together to escape. #WeAreRHMS

RHMS will have a 6th Grade Social this Friday, August 24th, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. The cost is $5.00 in advance through My Payments Plus, or $6.00 at the door. Concessions will be sold. Please have a ride home by 5:00. #WeAreRHMS

Ms. Vitello's 7th Grade ELA classes participated in a Book Tasting today. Students were engaged in a "sneak peek" for their upcoming class novels, "The Giver" and "The Skin I'm In". #WeAreRHMS

RHMS hosted a 6th Grade Bootcamp on Thursday, July 26th. Rising 6th graders toured the school, practiced opening locks on their lockers, and participated in lots of fun activities. We look forward to having these new faces on campus this year! #WeAreRHMS

RHMS Band will host a 6th Grade Instrument Rental Night at the RHMS Band Room on August 7 and August 9, 4-7PM. If you have an upcoming 6th grader who will be in band, please plan to attend. Bryan County Schools is excited to offer a new Online Registration process for all new students K-12. Students who wish to participate in athletics at RHMS must complete the online registration EACH YEAR before their season begins. If you completed the registration last year, you must complete a new registration for the 2018-2019 school year. Report cards will be available for pickup on Tuesday, May 29th and Wednesday, May 30th from 8:30 -11:30 and 1:00 - 3:00. If you chose to send in a self-addressed stamped envelope, your child's report card will be mailed. Remember, you may also check your PowerSchool Parent Portal for grades.
