RFP - CMR for Wing Addition at McAllister Elementary School
Bryan County Schools is looking to add approximately 8-16 classrooms onto an existing elementary school. The project will need to take place while school is in session and over the summer. Construction could begin in June of 2026 with a completion date of June 2027.

RFP - CMS for New Middle School in Richmond Hill, GA
Bryan County Schools is looking to build a new middle school with a starting capacity of 1,500 students with the ability to be expanded to a capacity of 2,000. The school will be built on the site of the old Richmond Hill High School and will require the demolition of approximately half of the existing building.
