The Richmond Hill Community Theatre has chosen an upcoming rising star with a one-time $500.00 scholarship in honor of one of our former Presidents, long-time member, and dear friend, Dawn Berry.
This year’s recipient of the Dawn Harrington Berry Spotlight Award, Samantha Shipman, has demonstrated the qualities of persistence, diligence, strong character, participated with the Richmond Hill Community Theatre or other creative activities, has a love of giving back to others, and her community. Samantha will be attending Georgia Southern University and is a cast member of RHCT's upcoming August 22nd and 29th performance's of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe dramatized by Joseph Robinette from the story by C.S. Lewis.
