All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public.
Members of the public wishing to make formal presentations before the Board may make such requests five working days prior to the regular board meeting.
So that the Board may hear the viewpoints of citizens throughout the District, and also conduct its business in an orderly and efficient manner, it may schedule one or more periods of a specified length of time during each meeting for brief comments and questions from the public.
Persons wishing to address the Board with a brief comment, question, or announcement are asked to sign in prior to the meeting so that they may be recognized at the appropriate time. The Board welcomes and appreciates comments and/or suggestions from the public. The Board's purpose is to listen and to take under advisement any comments and/or recommendations. The Board does not answer questions at this time, nor does the Board reply to statements at this time.
